1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "Member") and kk88 (hereinafter referred to as "kk88", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the gaming and entertainment platform accessible at kk88.casa (the "Platform" or "Website").

These Terms apply to all services provided through the k88 platform including, but not limited to, online casino games, live dealer sessions, sports betting markets, promotional offers and account management facilities.

Membership and use of the kk88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of account activity:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. k88 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals under 21. Age verification documents may be requested at any point.
• Identity: You must be a real, natural person registering under your own legal name and personal details. Corporate entities, automated bots or fictitious identities are not permitted.
• Single account: Each individual is permitted one (1) registered account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for verifying whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. kk88 does not provide legal advice on jurisdictional matters.
• Mental capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from gambling activities.

4. Account Registration

When registering for a k88 account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information. k88 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the accuracy of the information provided, including but not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport or utility bill.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kk88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

k88 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account or suspend an existing account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits and Payments

kk88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and select supported cryptocurrencies. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to the operational status of the respective payment partner.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made via payment methods not registered to the account holder may be declined or held pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• k88 does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits; however, payment partners may apply their own transaction fees.
• Cryptocurrency deposit values are calculated at the fiat equivalent rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and k88 does not guarantee any exchange rate.
• Funds deposited by mistake or in error must be reported to the support team promptly. kk88 is not obligated to refund deposits that have been wagered prior to a reported error.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed. kk88 reserves the right to request additional documentation where required.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered k88 account.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to daily, weekly and monthly limits as set out in the account terms presented at the time of application.
• Processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within minutes of approval; bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• kk88 reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks prior to approving a withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

kk88 may offer promotional bonuses, cashback offers, reload promotions, referal rewards, birthday bonuses and other incentive programmes from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional structures is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or associated bonus winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• kk88 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where evidence of abuse is detected.
• Referal rewards are subject to verification. Both the referring player and the referred friend must meet eligibility criteria. Duplicate accounts or coordinated abuse will result in disqualification.
• k88 is not liable for any perceived loss arising from a change to or removal of a promotional offer.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the kk88 platform operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) parameters as set by the respective Game Provider. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run statistical averages and do not indicate or guarantee any outcome in an individual session.

k88 does not control the underlying random number generator (RNG) software operated by Game Providers. All outcomes are generated independently of k88's own systems. In the event of a technical malfunction or disputed result, kk88 will refer to the Game Provider's server logs as the authoritative record.

Players are prohibited from using third-party software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to gain an advantage. Any evidence of automated play or systematic exploitation of game mechanics will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal referal where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
• Opening or operating more than one account under any name or identity;
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account;
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software or collusion;
• Money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Any activity that disrupts, overloads or compromises the integrity of the k88 platform or its infrastructure.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

kk88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity is detected;
• KYC documentation provided is found to be invalid or falsified;
• The Player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling policy;
• Account activity is inconsistent with the Player's stated purpose or financial profile.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not the result of a breach), any available Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC review and applicable withdrawal limits. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon account closure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, graphics, text, interfaces and game content presented on the kk88 platform are the intellectual property of kk88 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing on the platform shall be construed as confering any licence or right to use any intellectual property without prior written consent from k88 or the respective rights holder.

Players may not reproduce, redistribute modify, copy or create derivative works from any content on the k88 platform for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kk88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or anticipated profits;
• Interruption of service, including during live sporting events or active game sessions;
• Errors in game software operated by third-party Game Providers;
• Delays in payment processing caused by payment partner infrastructure;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from failure to protect login credentials.

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. kk88 does not guarantee any return on funds deposited or wagered. Players participate voluntarily and accept the risk of financial loss as part of the entertainment activity.

13. Responsible Gambling

kk88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players who believe their gambling activity may be causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to use the account management tools available on the platform, including deposit limits and self-exclusion requests.

16. Governing Law
